Climate Mundial undertook program management in partnership with the Philippines Government (through the Philippines Rice Research Institute and Department of Agriculture), UNDP and Deloitte to design a nationwide sectoral program that provides financial incentives for small-scale farmers and irrigation associations to adopt Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) techniques instead of continuous flooding.
